The British newspaper The Independent reports today of human organ trafficking in the Sinai.

It is well documented that refugees from sub-Saharan countries are kidnapped for ransom in the Sinai. Those who can not come up with the ransom money are killed/murdered for the salvage value of their transplantable internal organs - kindeys, heart, lungs, and corneas.
The newsworhty part in this report is that the Vatican is aware of the atrocities in the Sinai.
Has anyone heard a comment from the Vatican lately?
